We have bought Yalicapkini (means kingfisher) just a few years ago. We want to share this beautiful place with other people.
The villa is close to town though on a quiet road. In the early morning and late evenings you can hear the frogs in the small cannals in the neighbourhood.
From the living room are sliding doors to the large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. In the garden we have built a typical Turkish kosk where you can spend long lazy afernoons while the meltem seabreeze keeps you cool.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms of which one is en suite with a comfortbale super kingsize bed. The other 2 bedrooms are twin which can be turned into doubles. The balconies are overlooking the pool and garden.
The kitchen is well equiped with gashob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans.
